Second edition of Poses with Partners by Abigail Amstutz Spencer!
This Mother's day celebrate together with an afternoon of love and kindness, sharing and aiding each other in poses, practicing gentle massage techniques, and enjoying a guided meditation.
Intended for ages 13 and up. For biological or chosen families, pairs or small groups!
