Join the Professional Therapy Services staff for a FREE strength and conditioning class specifically for runners. Learn quick and easy warm up stretches, training drills to improve form, and strength exercises to target common weak areas for runners. Class will be approximately 40 minutes and PTS staff will be available for questions afterwards. -

The start and finish will be located on Grandview Drive near Prospect Rd. Post Race Party at Oliver's in the Heights! Registration includes a hooded sweatshirt and post-race food and a drink. Hoodies are only guaranteed if you register by Jan. 15th, although we'll do our best to accommodate registrations after the 15th.
We will race rain, snow or shine!
Packet pickup will be held on Friday, January 31st, at RC Outfitters from 11 am - 6 pm -- 311 SW Water St.
If you absolutely cannot make it to packet pickup on Friday, there will be limited pick up Sunday morning from 9:30 AM – 10 AM inside of Oliver's in the Heights.
