Canceled - Steamboat Start Training Program- 05:45PM to 07:45PM
Illinois Valley Striders would like to invite you to join our Steamboat Start Training program.
The initial training starts on April 1st at 5:45pm on the Peoria Riverfront near the Spirit of Peoria/Clock Tower - across from the Peoria Riverfront Museum. The training program is free and open to all ability levels but is developed to allow new and returning runners to finish the 4 mile Steamboat Classic race on June 20. Training is every Wednesday at 5:45pm, and you can drop in on any training with no committment needed, however we do require a signed waiver at your first attendence.

On the First Friday of every month, from 5pm to 9pm, join us for an intimate look at studios, galleries and arts organizations. Meet artists, musicians, neighbors and collectors. The tour includes twelve locations and spans a breadth of artistic media. Come, enjoy the unique efforts of creative and talented artists living and working in Central Illinois. Who done it? And why? This interactive cruise is more than a shot in the dark. The cast of the Champaign Urbana Theatre Co will dine and mingle with you as the mystery unfolds! Hoping to learn a little bit more about the music, composers, and guest artist? Join Maestro Stelluto for a relaxed Pre-Concert Lecture beginning at 6:30 PM.
We will be joined by local artists in the lobby before the concert and during intermission.
Purchase a drink in the lobby before the concert or during intermission—and feel free to take it into the concert hall with you!
Join the Maestro, musicians, and fellow concert-goers after the concert for a P.S. Party at Two25. Food and drinks will be available to purchase.
